Sanctuary of Colour

Bold, bright and joyful intervention made from repurposed hand painted furniture

Sanctuary of Colour is made from repurposed and up-cycled hand painted furniture.  It is a bright, bold and joyful intervention that uses familiar everyday objects, making the it accessible and relatable for the viewer.

The artwork, which is accompanied by a bespoke abstract soundtrack, and has toured over twenty locations including town squares, town parks, community gardens, a nature reserve and local libraries. 

Indoor installations of the artwork were accompanied by Art and Music workshops for families and community groups.
